Can I book my party in person?
Yes, our Party Coordinator will be available at our location to assist you and guide you through the online submission form. They will also fill out a Banquet Event Order (BEO) on your behalf, detailing everything you expect for your party or event.
What is the pricing for a party at Jungle Reef?
The flat rate cost of a party is $250, which includes up to 15 guests. Each additional guest will be priced at the discounted rate of $9.99. The party room reservation is for a maximum of one hour and 45 minutes, with a total capacity of up to 50 people.
How are parties organized at Jungle Reef?
Our parties are designed for a seamless and enjoyable celebration. Guests will gather in the gift shop area, where our Party Coordinator or Host will escort them to the Party Room. The room will be pre-set according to the agreed-upon BEO, and any ordered food will be served within 10 minutes of arrival. Day pass wristbands are provided based on the signed and paid-for BEO, and additional wristbands can be purchased at a discounted rate.
What food arrangements can I make for my party?
For pizza orders, we request a 72-hour notice. Other food options like platters of fries, corn dogs, and chicken tenders require a one-week advance notice to ensure timely delivery.
How long can we use the party room?
The party room is reserved for 1 hour and 45 minutes. After the celebration, our hosts will ask guests to enjoy our other attractions to make way for the next scheduled party.
When should guests arrive for the party?
To make the most of the party duration, we recommend that guests arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled party time.
Is there a security deposit required for party reservations?
Yes, a non-refundable security deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking and ensure the availability of your chosen party package.
What is your cancellation policy?

How do I pay the remaining balance for my party?
